- 2 Litres of water
- 1 fresh cucumber medium in size
- 1 ripe lemon
- A hand full of mint leaves
- A hand full of basil leaves
- One small piece of ginger(optional)
- ¼ of pineapple
This is a very simple process and highly effective. Clean the veggies in running water. Cut thin slices of cucumber, lemon and pineapple. Also, chop mint and basil leaves, mix the herbs and keep it aside. Peel a small ginger rote and grate it. Now in a jar will 2 litres of water, to this add the chopped herbs, veggies, fruit and grated ginger. Stir well, shut the mouth of the jar with a clean cloth and let it sit for an hour or for better results leave it to process overnight.
